Understand Static routing and both its basic and advanced configuration in depth.
Static Routing is an important topic in CCNA, and some students have confusion about its basic configuration for the first time. Other students think that this basic configuration is all what they can learn about static routing. For this reason I have made this course in order for CCNA students to understand Static routing and both its basic and advanced configuration in depth.
This course includes three parts:
Basic Configuration of Static Routing: which explains Static Routing Using the Next-Hop, Static Routing Using the Local Exit Interface, Configuring default static routes, and how can Loops occur with Static Routing.
Advanced Configuration of Static Routing: which explains Load Balancing using Static Routing, Floating Static Routes with IP SLA, Getting Help from HSRP and Verifying the Configuration, Static Routing using DHCP, and Configuring Permanent Static Routes. This part is challenging and has a lot of information!.
Practice Test: in order for the students to check their understanding of the concepts and configurations explained in the course.
This course moves gradually from basic concepts and configurations to the advanced ones. If you want to learn about the basic concepts and configurations of Static routing or refresh your your knowledge, then you can watch part 1. If you are already familiar with static routing, you can go directly ant watch part 2 about advanced configuration of static routing.
I hope that that you will find this course useful, and and that it will help you to understand everything about static Routing! Happy Learning!
