And it all starts with healing.Feel and Heal focuses on transformational healing, drawing from real-life experiences. Its aim is to help you release past negative experiences or worries that might hinder you from living your best life. It also promotes self-love and acceptance, empowering you to make positive changes and pursue the life you truly desire.Please note that this is not a mental health course. If you need support with your mental health, I strongly advise seeking guidance from a qualified mental health professional.I’ll outline the process that enabled me to heal from past painful experiences and overcome fears that once caused crippling anxiety.
