Strength training is essential for bone health, correct movement, and looking good, and by exercising in a proper manner you will immediately increase muscle mass and strength, while reducing your chance of injury.
I am Gam, a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and former Athlete. and in this course, I will teach you a simple strength program to build strength and muscle. I hold multiple sports conditioning certifications, and I plan on preparing you to properly build strength using a science-based exercise selection
Having strength means stronger bones and a healthier body. It also means you will be physically healthy, leaner, and look better. The problem is, most individuals do strength training wrong. I see most newcomers overemphasizing isolated muscles over larger muscle groups. This inefficient strategy will lead to imbalance and potentially injury.
I will teach you a sound method to training your entire body for strength, that will address flexibility, core stability, posture, movements, and balance. By the end of this course, you will not only be knowledgably about strength training, you will know exactly how to train to achieve strength and muscle.
Strength training involves addressing four main areas.
1. Squatting and Lifting
2. Bending and Lifting
3. Pushing
4. Pulling
I will teach you how to appropriately train each of these areas as well as provide an 30 day strength program that will build a physically lean and strong physique.
