Do you sit the majority of the day?

Let’s flash back to a few years ago to when.
I WAS ALMOST KILLED
It all started when my family and I moved into a beautiful penthouse in Santa Monica.
For sure, it’d be a dream home to many.
It was elegantly positioned on beautiful cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean,
Had a large park where the kids could spend their energy,
And each day when I left the house for my morning walk, I took in a deep breath of fresh ocean air.
The neighborhood was more than picturesque.
But,
THAT’S WHERE THE TOXICITY SNUCK INTO MY LIFE
After just a few months living in the place, I developed a serious case of brain fog,
And, I was pounded by heavy waves of fatigue.
Now, this isn’t uncommon for most people. Sometimes you eat something, or you don’t sleep well, and you feel a little bit hazy after.
However, as someone who prioritized nutrition and proper sleep, I started to get a little suspicious.
But, I let that suspicion slide, as I was a new parent and figured the fatigue and fogginess was due to dealing with a newborn child.
