Grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan worked for over 10 years as a special forces instructor and competed in various fighting competitions such as Sanda, Kickboxing, Karate and MMA.
The world of Kung Fu is vast and colossal with varying methods for different purposes. Due to the master’s background, he has focused the most on methods of Kung Fu that are the most practical, the most devastating and in many ways, the dirtiest and most brutal.
“If you are kind to your opponent, you are cruel to yourself” – Jiang Yu Shan.
When you face death, all rules are broken. You need to survive – you need to prevail and need to do it by any means necessary.
Unlike in today’s combat sports, the real Kung Fu of the past had no rules. It had zero limitations.
When you fought, you often fought to death and many wanted any advantage they could get. As a result, various techniques were developed to attack the vital and weak points of the body with astonishing strikes that cannot be performed with the boxing gloves on.
The ancient masters learned how to make their fingers and limbs hard as iron so they could penetrate any soft tissue of their adversary. They developed techniques and tactics that would leave their opponents crying for help.
Both the body and mind were developed. To win in a cruel world with no rules, you had to learn how to become a demon – how to possess your body and mind with a state of rage where you could attack and destroy with nothing holding you back.

Hou Xing Xinyi Ba
Monkey Style Xinyi Ba
“Practice Tai Chi and in 10 years you are not allowed to leave the gate. Practice Xinyi and in 1 year you can kill someone.”
Xinyi Ba is a very powerful internal martial art that focuses on rooting, power development and building internal energy that you can use devastatingly against your opponent.
The grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan learned 3 different styles of Xinyi Ba. He took the principles and best parts of the 3 styles and added Monkey Kung Fu inside.
This is how Hou Xing Xinyi Ba – Monkey style Xinyi Ba was born and what you have the opportunity to learn inside this course.
Monkey Kung Fu &Â Hanuman Boxing
External Kung Fu of this course is the culmination of Jiang Yu Shan’s experience in the field of martial art.
You will learn entry-level Monkey Kung Fu and a form of external martial art called “Warrior Steps” based on ancient Hanuman Boxing (roots in Bokator and Muay Boran) and of course Monkey Kung Fu.
The fighting techniques, tactics and hardening of the body are all inside. You will have the tools to protect yourself and even compete in striking sports such as Muay Thai, Sanda or Kickboxing.
What We Will Cover
We will cover extensively the best parts of Internal & External methods of Kung Fu selected by the grandmaster Jiang Yu Shan. Almost everything is covered from the fighting point of view. The master also continuously demonstrates fighting applications.
Internal Kung Fu
Fundamental Monkey Stances
We cover fundamental Qigong exercises such as the Squatting Monkey, The Trinity Stance and the Four Ends Stance (“self-induced rage”).
The purpose is to develop the frame, rooting and build internal energy. By learning to create self-induced rage, your body and mind will be ready to fight with the utmost fierceness in a blink of an eye.
This is truly amazing stuff in the world of martial art.
Xinyi Steps and Movements
Learn how to move your body forward, backward and sideways in the most efficient way that generates the most power to your strikes and body movements.
You will learn how to borrow force from Earth to transmit to your opponent. These are beautiful movements that can also be practiced just for the beauty of them.
The Ten Hands & The Five Element Fists
Powerful and devastating Monkey Kung Fu and Xinyi Ba strikes you can deliver to your opponent. Attack the weak points of the body such as the throat, eyes, ears and groin.
In The Ten Hands, you will learn how to target the acupuncture points and generate force that leaves your opponent no chance to recover or retaliate.
In the Five Element Fists, you will learn how to stimulate your internal organs for health and vitality.
External Kung Fu
The Nine Basic Hands & The Eight Elbows
Orthodox and unorthodox strikes that have the utmost practicality. These are techniques where there will be no doubt they will work against your opponent in any environment whether you are on the street or in a ring.
You will learn how to use your hands in a proper manner to strike down your opponent. In the Eight Elbows, you learn an elbow form with 8 different elbow strikes.
Harden Bone: Wood Element
For the first time ever, you will have access to the HARDEN BONE WOOD ELEMENT of the Monkey Kung Fu system.
You will learn everything: how to harden every part of your hand, your forearms, shins and even different parts of your foot such as the heel and the blade of the foot!
Massage techniques and even the medicine recipe for the harden skill is inside. This part of the course alone is worth a lot for any serious real martial artist.
War Monkey 18 Steps Form
The War Monkey is a 18 steps form with all the basic strikes, blocks and body movements you need for fighting.
This is a form of beautiful shadow boxing that can also utilized with a training partner by using mitts.
Moreover, the form also takes into account your potentially hardened forearms and teaches how to use defensive blocks in a manner that makes your enemy afraid to attack you again.
