Experience the healing power of the Ashtanga practice.
In 1998, Deepika had an intense rock-climbing accident, and was told she might never be able to walk again. It was through the Ashtanga practice that she found her source of healing and hope. In this bner-oriented series, she shares this ancient yet magical practice to help heal, ground, and center you daily.
This series is intended for those looking to experience the magic of Ashtanga. Previous Ashtanga or yoga experience is not required. Classes are filled with posture breakdowns, alignment cues, and variations to modify poses that may be new or currently inaccessible.
Following the traditional Ashtanga method, the nine classes in this series are designed to build upon each other over . All students b with the first 15-minute class and over , and only when this class is mastered, are the following classes added one at a to eventually build an hour-long practice. Deepika’s Modified Flow class takes the individual elements of the previous eight classes and threads them together into one beautifully fluid and energizing sequence.
