Through a thoughtful balance of creative programming and purposeful sequencing, you’ll have fun as you build endurance, strength and stamina!
Each week consists of three HIIT + yoga fusion classes, a Core & Stretch class, one yoga sequence and a rest day. The HIIT + yoga fusion classes target one area of the body with fun and creative exercises to bring you to your maximum intensity, and intentionally-placed yoga sequences give you to recover before we raise your heart rate again. The core & stretch class will build midline strength, which is crucial to a strong body and practice. You’ll conclude each week with a lighthearted yoga class to feel balanced and energized for the week to come.
What sets this series apart is that each 30-minute workout touches the four most important modes of fitness: cardio conditioning, core work, strength work, and mobility. This allows you to work up a sweat, build lean muscle and stretch all in one perfectly-arranged class.
