This yoga-strength fusion series combines multi-planar strength-building exercises and full-body sequences that work your arms, legs, shoulders, back, and core.
Every class is divided into four sections: warm-up, strength progression exercises, dynamic movement, and cool down. The warm-up opens muscles and loosens joints to connect you to your body. The strength progressions include a series of movements that will challenge larger muscles as well as the smaller and less developed muscles that you may not target in your regular practice. The primal-influenced sequences are the pinnacle of each class, where you apply fluidity to your strength and mobility in a peak movement sequence.
This plan contains non-traditional movements designed to be challeg yet accessible. There are no arm balances or freestanding handstands besides one class where students have the option to play with Crow pose.
