If you have always been curious about arm balances and want to improve your overall physical condition, this course is for you!You will learn how to warm up and prepare your body, and then enter in basic and more complicated arm balances, using the right technique. You will work progressively, starting from more basic balancing postures. When you develop experience, skills and a bit of confidence, you will be able to progress to some more complicated postures, such as L-sit hold and handstand.The handstand is one of the most desirable arm balances, but also one of the most difficult to achieve. It takes a lot of dedication, and a very good physical condition; therefore, it may take you a while to master it.The journey is always more important than the destination, so our advice is not to get discouraged if your first attempts are not successful. The course is suitable for all levels, and you don’t need to have previous experience with arm balances. Not only you will learn the correct technique and different variations, but you will also learn how to activate your core, arms and back muscles and how to overcome the fear of being upside-down.Over time you will certainly discover that arm balances bring a lot of fun, and your general physical condition will improve.
