Welcome to the Basic Arm Balances course! In this mini workshop of video lessons, we will learn how to warm up and prepare the body properly and progressively for the most common arm balances. The arm balances include poses from yoga, handstand, and gymnastics. You will learn how to properly activate the abdominals, back and shoulder muscles, so that we can perform each pose safely and in the most effective way possible. Be aware that your progress depends not only on your physical condition, but also on your dedication and motivation. We may not promise you how long it will take for you to learn any of the postures, as it depends on your level and dedication, however we may promise you that that you will learn the correct technique for each of them, the proper body alignment and also how to warm up, in order to do it the safest way possible!
