I combine the path of yoga with over twenty-five years of professional experience to guide others in healing body image issues and challenging relationships with food. I have a special knack for drawing others up into their power and magic. Step into this journey so you can transform feeling fat to living full and free through my signature PEACE Approach: Peaceful body image, Eating/Exercise in Alignment and Creative Expression. Inspired by my own recovery and work in eating disorders treatment, this course is designed to enhance recovery efforts and support anyone struggling to love their bodies and live their dreams. Eight module course includes: A journey through The Chakra System and 8 Limbs of Yoga with specific application to body image, eating, exercise and self-esteem/empowerment challenges.
