This course consists of the main tools that I have used on my path towards enlightenment and finding my authentic self. I still use these tools to maintain a peaceful life. I will walk you through these tools, give examples and speak a little on how they work. I have found my authentic, calm self let me share these tools with you as you journey on a path to self healing, self mastery and authenticity. I will share with you styles of meditation that have helped me, and provide a guided meditation for you to experienceI then walk through the basics of mantras and how they helped me, providing you with a beautiful mantra sung byI take you through breathwork that has worked for me and provide a guided session that includes music from: Anilah, Porangui, Mose, Soriah, Sam Garrett, Equanimous and ActivationThen I speak on sound healing tools and how they work with the body and mind. My intention for this course is to provide you with inspiration, tools, guidance and information to help guide you on your path to self healing. If these tools resonate with you amazing!
