Then, well kickstart your cardio with strength and circuit training, while low-impact mobility work keeps you energized from the inside out. The last phase features continuous calisthenics, plyometrics and endurance – designed to leave you feeling fit and firm.
The difficulty increases as the weeks go on, so remember to go at your own pace.
By the end of Power Cardio, youll have completed 36 workouts and nearly 18 hours of tightening and toning your way towards a fitter you!
