Chef Jannis will explain how the course is structured and give you an introduction to the special features and advantages of meal prep. He will also show you what your menu plan could look like for the whole week and what you should pay attention to when planning it.Lesson 2 to 4: First day of cookingThe course is structured so that you prepare meals two days a week. On the first day of cooking, you prepare a lunch and an evening meal for three days. This is easy to do, as two of the dishes consist of similar basic ingredients.Lesson 5 to 6: Second day of cookingOn the second day of cooking, you prepare another four meals – your lunch and dinner for two more days of the week.Lessons 7 to 9: Frozen MealsJannis also shows you three delicious dishes that you can prepare in large quantities and then simply freeze.Lesson 10 to 11: BreakfastAnd of course, breakfast is an absolute must. These two recipes are easy to make and you can combine them in different ways every time.Our Gourmet Chef and Vegan Pro – Jannis SiegenthalerYour head chef is Jannis Siegenthaler, and he will teach you all there is to know about healthy vegan cuisine. He will show you how to professionally cook, fry and bake vegan food – whether it’s low carb, gluten-free or just normal. The main thing is that it’s healthy and vegan and – except for recipes for special occasions – also suitable for everyday cooking! Jannis is a chef with heart and soul. A few years ago, when he was still working in a restaurant, he and his team even received two Michelin stars. A kitchen only receives such an honour if it meets very specific criteria.
