This course combines my training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), energy frequency work, meditation techniques, and art journaling to release stuck emotions, old belief patterns and behaviors that no longer serve your Divine Purpose. My intention is for you to experience profound healing and activate your Light Codes within. You will gain new insights and experience shifts in your behavior patterns. You will fully awaken to your Divine Self and align to your Divine Purpose. Prior experience with EMDR is helpful but not required. If you have unresolved trauma, it is recommended to work with a licensed mental health therapist.For this course you will need an art journal and crayons.
