This is the first course from Future Skills Club. We are based in Nottingham and from August 2023 to January 2024 we have been funded by a Creative Catalyst grant from InnovateUK to produce the first brain content, a learning community platform and initial steps into personalised learning.Industry is telling us the number one skillset they need from new employees is creative thinking and problem solving, hence this course – How to be more creative at Work – Problem solving Superpowers..We have made the content like a TV documentary following the journey of in-person workshop students as they discover, develop and boost their creative thinking and problem solving for live client briefs.Watch our workshop students learn and practice the 4 creative habits of steal, explore/connect and play. There are supplementary explainers of each habit. There are live clients from the music industry and local business together with Poppy the dog and Rikki the quickdraw illustrator.You will learn to ‘Be More Bowie’, ‘Be More T’ and even ‘How to become a time traveller’. More importantly you will increase your creative thinking and problem solving for real work scenarios. If you are learning online, we encourage to collaborate with friends and colleagues as you will generate more ideas.Learn happier, deeper and smarter with Future Skills Club.
