Sometimes, you might find yourself unable to understand menus or messages from friends. Additionally, learning Chinese characters enhances logical thinking and visual spatial ability. Therefore, it is important to learn Chinese characters.Course StructureOur courses are divided into four main steps, starting from the beginning to the end. At the beginning, we will introduce some strokes of Chinese characters, which are the smallest units of Chinese characters, and we will use some simple Chinese characters as examples, so you can remember some simple and commonly used Chinese characters. Then we will introduce various character-building methods, such as the pictographs we just mentioned, as well as finger words and ideograms. We will introduce the concept of radicals to help you recognize the radicals and the common Chinese characters that share the same radical. By this point, you will find the Chinese characters very logical! Finally, we will integrate the second and third steps to further explain the method of character building. For compound characters, if applicable, we will also introduce the structure of the character and help you remember the pronunciation and meaning of the character by utilizing previously learned characters. In each lesson, we will cover different aspects of the Chinese character, such as the evolution of the script, the story behind the character, various ways to memorize it, and, of course, the pronunciation of its meaning and the formation of words.A total of 393 characters will be introduced in this program, with 68% from HSK1 and 20% from HSK2.
