Description
The study was prepared in order to emphasize the deficiency in the political science literature. In addition to the existing theories in this discipline, it has been emphasized that political events can be analyzed with the Political Shock Doctrine. In case of completion of the prepared training, it is aimed to obtain the basic knowledge and interpretation level about the Political Shock Doctrine. The basic components of the Political Shock Doctrine, which is a hybrid concept, are discussed in detail. In this context, we have prepared five lessons for you. In our first lesson, the Punctuated Equilibrium Model, one of the two most important components of the Political Shock Doctrine, was discussed. In our second lesson, we aimed to create the necessary theoretical infrastructure for the Political Shock Doctrine by analyzing the definition of the Window of Opportunity, which is the second basic component of our doctrine. In the third lesson of our training, the definition of the Political Shock Doctrine was made and the conceptual framework was presented for your information. In our fourth lesson, by classifying the events with the quality of Political Shock, the distinction between local and global political shocks was emphasized. In our last lesson, we tried to improve your ability to interpret and analyze the literature by sharing the existing literature on the Political Shock Doctrine with you. By making references to the thinkers of the doctrine in question, attention was paid to understanding the philosophical dimension of the doctrine. By establishing a bridge between the Political Shock Doctrine and current problems, a path was followed to improve the ability to interpret. Academic readings on related theories were also shared at the end of each course. With these readings, it is expected that the contents of the courses will be reinforced.Hope it is useful..
