This is the well-rounded course, the combination of all the other courses at once, made so you can get well-rounded, improving in all the fundamental aspects of success. The fitness or calisthenics aspect, because your physical presence, looking good and feeling strong and healthy, will give you confidence, people will start respecting you more, you will feel great overall, your health will improve numerous times, you will get the attention of girls more, and your mindset and mental health will improve. The next thing will be dieting, because what you eat is what you become, so that is why I have included both diet programs for either losing or gaining weight. Healthy meals will keep you energized and boost your testosterone. The next thing is the self-defense course. Having the fundamentals of at least one combat sport, even if you are never going to use any of them in real life, will improve your overall health, mindset, confidence, and respect for others many more times. It will give you the opportunity to be able to defend yourself and to learn to do things regardless of fear, and it will teach you that it is better to be prepared and have nothing happen than to not be prepared and have something happen. It is better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war. The final thing will be an example of my mental model and how you can incorporate it into your life by enjoying life more, becoming more disciplined, starting to love more, caring more, dealing with difficult things, and many, many more.
